What is Load-Me.com?

www.Load-Me.com is a web platform useful to carriers and their customers, is the place where they get in contact with one another and can do the freight exchange, the place where the supply meets demand. Load-Me is a unique and dynamic platform because it uses the latest technologies creating a fast and reliable business network. For those who are only looking to post loads and/or trucks, we offer a basic posting plan at absolutely no charge.

How much does it cost?

Load-Me Transporters Marketplace has several payment plans that are tailored to the needs of transporters, load owners and logistics agents.
Load-Me is Free for all Load Owners wishing to post their cargo and transportation requests. There is an unlimited number of posts they can make at any time.

How do I register?

Registration is simple as 1-2-3 with our online registration form here: https://market.load-me.com/register.

How do I let people know I have cargo to send?

First you need to register on the platform as a Shipper, then post a request stating the cargo specifications and route you need. Hundreds of transporters that have trucks on the specified route will be notified about your post and will contact you or send you quotations through our messaging (InMail) Feature.
Load Owners can use Load-Me Transport Marketplace for free. You can post an unlimited number of monthly ads and you can have as many deals/matches with transporters as you need.

How do I check if I got any offers for my post?

Once registered and logged in your account, you will have access to a matching system (here) that will allow you to track your posts and communicate with those interested in your offering. We will also send you email notifications when you receive an important message.

How do I answer to an ad and give a freight quotation?

On the ad itself you can see a button called "Send Message", just click on it and send your quotation to the load owner.

Do I have to be logged in my account in order to get notifications?

No need for you to be constantly logged in the platform. The system will send you notifications to your email address for messages received or new business opportunities. However it is recommended to check your account page at least twice per day to have direct access to the best deals.

How can I add a post?

Posting an ad is easy and it takes less than a minute.
Just click on the: Add Truck/Load button from the top of the website and fill out the form.
If you do not have an account yet, just fill out the form including your email address, name and business, then choose a password. The account will be automatically created, your ad posted and you're ready to receive offers.

What features are not included in the mobile app?

Pretty much all features you have on the website, are also available on the mobile app. You can post ads, send messages, search for trucks and loads and also get matches with your business partners. One thing you can't do is pay for a subscription straight from the application. In order to purchase a subscription plan you will have to access the website:

What do Load Owners get for the free membership?

You get access to all the features of the platform, unlimited posts and matches. Load Owners can use Load-Me Freight Exchange platform for free.

How do I use Load-Me platform?

You publish your truck fleet details and load owners can contact you directly for transport. In addition to this you can search every day for loads and send your offers to get the business.

What do Load Transporters and Agents get for the free membership?

With the free account you can publish your truck details.
Load owners can see your post and they can send you a message if they are interested, but in order to accept their offer and get their contact details, you will need to upgrade to a paying subscription.

How do I download the mobile app?

The mobile app is available for all Android based devices. Just go to Google Play Store and search for Load-Me.

How I can unsubscribe from the emails?

At the very bottom of every email you receive from Load-Me there is an "Unsubscribe" link. Just click that link and you will automatically be removed from our emailing list.
Note: this means that you will not be able to receive important notifications such as recommended trucks and loads or even matches we made for you, ultimately losing all potential deals.

How do I pay for subscription?

After choosing the desired subscription plan from the Pricing pages (click here for transporter plans) by clicking on: Select package, you will be redirected to your cart. Here you will be able to choose your desired payment method:

  1. Credit/Debit Card (We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED currency.)
  2. Bank Transfer (We're giving you the invoice with all the necessary details so you can pay by transferring money from your bank account)
  3. Pay at home (a representative of Pay@Home will collect cash payment and process your order at your home, office or preferred location)

Choose your desired payment method and follow the instructions in order to finalize the payment and gain access to the preferred plan.

How do I pay with my VISA/Mastercard credit or debit card?

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED currency.

After choosing Credit/Debit card as payment method, click: Continue.
A popup will appear on your screen asking for your Credit or Debit card details (this is a page coming directly from the credit card processing company PayFort, it has an 128bit SSL encryption meaning that all information you enter is secure and safe).
Please enter: The email address used for your Load-Me account, your credit card Number, Expiration month and year (only the last two digits) and the CVC (card verification number).

Please double check the entered data and the amount and click Pay.

After the payment is done, you will receive a confirmation email from Load-Me where you will see the purchased plan in the Billing section.

What currency does Load-Me accept for payments?

We accept the following currencies:

  • USD (United States Dollar)
  • AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)
  • SAR (Saudi Riyal)
How do I get a refund?

Refunds for purchasing a plan on Load-Me will be handled according to the Terms and Conditions of the platform.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Any fees paid before cancellation will not be refunded. Unless otherwise stated, all fee schedules are based in AED (Arabian Emirates Dirham). For ads placed in a different currency, we will use the conversion rate on the payment date to calculate the booking fee.

What is Pay@Home?

Pay@Home is a cash collection payment method.
Select Cash Collection from the payment method options and click continue. The next page will take you to the payment operator's website where you will need to provide your name and address for the cash collection. Click on the Proceed button to view and confirm your order. You will receive an SMS containing a verification code that is required to complete and submit this order successfully. In the next 24 hours, a representative of Pay@Home will visit you to collect the cash in order to process your purchase.

How are the "matches" counted?

Each time you make an inquiry, send an offer or accept an offer, a "match" is deducted from your total.

For example:

You post an ad requiring a load for your truck. After posting this ad, one "equipment posting" is deducted from your total.
You will receive several offers, after clicking accept to one of them, this is counted as a "match" and will be deducted from the total.

On the other hand, if you find a post with a load that matches your requirements and you send a message to the owner of the post, and the owner will "accept" your offer then a "match" will be deducted from the total of your "matches". In case the owner of the post does not accept your offer in the following 10 days, one "match" will be automatically refunded to you.

All "matches" are reset to the original total from your plan at the end of the month. This means that on the first day of the month you will have all the "matches" again. Remaining "matches" from the previous month are not carried over to the next.

Is this service is for UAE only?

The truck market serves the entire GCC and Jordan. You can get out-border trips from our platform as well as local trips.
